Ms. Shabnam Singhal, an Economics Graduate with over two decades years of experience behind her, is a dynamic, result -oriented, entrepreneurial leader with a strong track record, with excellent inter personal skills and troubleshooting capabilities. She is a self-made woman and stands tall as the only Business Woman in the Real Estate Sector. She has diversified experience and has achieved success in variety of sectors. She is an active Socialite and belongs to top 100 families of India having a strong political and business background.

She is Managing Partner and Founder of M/s Sirius D & E and M/s Sirius Luxury Affairs. M/s Sirius D & E is a part of a multi diversified Singhal Group of Companies involved in various fields such as Biotechnology, Software Development, Real Estate etc while M/s Sirius Luxury Affairs offers customized services for quintessential luxury weddings, events and soirees that are designed to resonate with an individual’s personal style, elegance and standards.

She founded M/s Sirius D & E, a luxury real estate marketing management firm in 2009 which is engaged in leasing, interiors, project management and building retail concepts and what started as a humble start following footprints of her family legacy, it has now grown into medium sized firm and expanded from Real Estate Domain to various other Sectors such as Bio-Technology, Financial Services, Handloom & Textiles, Food & Food Processing, Renewable Energy, E-Commerce, Trading, Retail, Digital Marketing, Social Services etc.

Further, by reaching out to its wide network she has brought value addition to the most complex of Transactions in various Sectors. She has also provided support and much-needed value add to Start-Ups by way of providing Consultancy to them across Sectors pertaining to their Funding Requirements, Financial Services Advisory, Product Development Initiatives, Corporate Social Responsibility Drives, Brand Building & Marketing Exercises, Event Management, Digital Marketing Consultancy, Social Services Consultancy, etc.

Notable Contributions To The Industry:

Her Signature projects are as follows:-

Much required value addition to Development of MG Road as Retail Luxury Destination, New Delhi
Exclusively mandated for Four Season hotel and Luxury Retail for 3,50,000 sq. ft. in Delhi by the 3Cs Developer in January 2015, wherein it signed up brands such as Jimmy Choo, Burberry, Bottega Veneta, Tumi, Etro, Paul Smith and few more.
Volunteered for Nepal Earthquake Relief in 2015 and raised to 16 lakh INR. Had set up the Earthquake relief tour with Ashu Gowswami, an entrepreneur from London. By forming a group of 12 volunteers, arranging two trucks with relief materials, and visiting affected areas. Also, an article was published by the New Indian Express on the said relief work.
Partnered with Organic 121 Scientific Private Limited and had developed Covid Coat, a multilevel antimicrobial disinfectant coating that synergistically combines release-killing, contact-killing, and, anti-adhesion properties to enable long-lasting disinfection of surfaces. The coating has been reported to be responsive to contamination and rapidly inactivate a very large panel of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, viruses of various kinds like Coronaviruses, and several other kinds of viruses including Mold and Mildew within 1 minute of contact with the coated surface.

Contribution To The Society:

As part of Sirius D & E, she ensures CSR is well taken care of. She has been supporting the social initiative campaign of providing education of not so privileged kids of Lakshyam NGO since last 4 years.
Launched a Social initiative campaign wherein 100 plus Mosquito nets were distributed to the rural villages via Lakshyam NGO.
